3. Ρύθμιση

1. Before first use, wash the removable roasting pan and roasting rack in hot, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
2. Wipe the exterior of the roaster oven body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the roaster body in water.

4.2 Ψήσιμο

1. Prepare your food (e.g., turkey, chicken, vegetables) and place it on the roasting rack inside the removable pan. The 18QT capacity can accommodate a turkey up to 22 pounds.
2. Place the self-basting lid on the roaster.
3. Plug the roaster oven into a standard electrical outlet.
4. Turn the temperature control knob to your desired roasting temperature (150-450°F). The indicator light will illuminate.
5. The self-basting lid continuously circulates moisture, reducing the need to open the lid frequently.
6. Once cooking is complete, turn the knob to 'OFF' and unplug the unit. Use oven mitts to carefully remove the lid and then the roasting rack with the cooked food.

The unique Defrost setting allows you to thaw frozen items, such as a turkey, directly in the roaster oven, significantly reducing preparation time.

1. Place the frozen item in the roasting pan.
2. Set the temperature control knob to 'DEFROST'.
3. Monitor the thawing process. Once thawed, you can proceed with cooking by adjusting the temperature.
