Upon unboxing your Ticwatch Pro, you will find the smartwatch, a user manual, and a magnetic USB charging cable. It is recommended to fully charge the device before initial use.
- Connect the magnetic USB charging cable to the charging pins on the back of the smartwatch.
- Plug the USB end of the cable into a computer USB port or a 5V 1A USB power adapter. Avoid using 2.1A fast chargers to prevent damage.
