Ρύθμιση

If batteries are not pre-installed, open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Insert 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.

1. Λήψη μέτρησης

Open the FITINDEX app on your smartphone and ensure Bluetooth is active.

2. Understanding the Display and App Data

The scale's LED display primarily shows your body weight. For a comprehensive analysis of 13 body composition metrics (including BMI, body fat, muscle mass, body water, bone mass, protein, BMR, skeletal muscle, fat-free body weight, visceral fat, metabolic age, and subcutaneous fat), refer to the FITINDEX app.

Each family member can create their own profile within the app. When a user steps on the scale, the app intelligently identifies the user and records their data to their specific profile, allowing for individual tracking of health progress.

4. Baby Weighing Mode

To weigh an infant or pet, first weigh yourself, then hold the baby/pet and step on the scale again. The app will calculate the difference to provide the baby's/pet's weight. Refer to the app for specific instructions on activating and using this mode.

5. Syncing with Other Fitness Applications

The FITINDEX app can seamlessly integrate with popular fitness platforms such as Fitbit, Apple Health, Samsung Health, Health Connect, and Apple Watch. Navigate to the "Settings" or "Profile" section within the FITINDEX app to connect to these third-party applications and share your data.

Συντήρηση
